About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a supportive and flexible space where we can explore what feels most important to you. Being 鈥渋ntegrative鈥 means that I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting how I work to fit your individual needs, experiences, and goals. No two people are the same, and I believe therapy should reflect that uniqueness.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship. I see our work together as a collaborative process - one where we explore your story at your pace, with curiosity, respect, and compassion. My role is not to give you all the answers, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and discover new ways of moving forward.
Finding the right therapist can be an important step in your journey. I encourage you to take time to explore your options, as the sense of connection and trust between us is key to meaningful and effective therapy.
Practice description
I offer therapy remotely via Zoom, working from my practice in West London. I work on an open-ended basis, which means there is no set minimum or maximum number of sessions. Instead, I believe therapy should last for as long as it feels supportive and meaningful for you.
Some people come to therapy with a specific focus and find a shorter number of sessions helpful, while others may wish to continue for a longer period as the work develops. We can review your progress together at any point, so that the pace and length of therapy reflects your needs. My aim is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel able to decide what works best for you.
My first session
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and to explore what brings you to therapy. It鈥檚 an opportunity for me to understand your needs and for you to see whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. You鈥檙e welcome to ask any questions about how I work, as well as share any concerns or hopes you may have about the process. There鈥檚 no pressure to make a decision straight away - what matters most is that you feel comfortable and confident in choosing the right therapist for you.
