About me and my therapy practice

I am a trauma informed integrative counsellor. I offer sessions online UK wide with very limited face to face sessions in Devon.

My background is in mental health crisis teams and I have vast experience working with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.There are a variety of reasons including, depression, trauma and negative thought patterns that hold us back from living the life we deserve.

In our sessions, we will work together to explore your values, goals and aspirations. Together we will cultivate self- awareness and self-compassion. We will work on addressing negative thought cycles, processing past experiences and develop strategies to overcome challenges. Our focus will be on building resilience, fostering self-awareness and self-compassion, enhancing your relationships and over all well being.
