About me and my therapy practice

Are you in bits, just don't know where to turn or what to do ? you just know you can't keep going the way you are and feel even more confused by what all of this therapy jargon means?

You don鈥檛 need to have the right words, a diagnosis, or a plan. If life鈥檚 feeling too much, or not enough, I offer a space where you can simply show up as you are and get whatever you're facing sorted out. If you're struggling to find your purpose then I can help.

Practice description

I work exclusively online and am available for appointments to suit your circumstances between 11am and 10pm.

My first session

I offer a first 60-minute appointment free of charge, so you can get a sense of me and how I work before deciding anything.
