Availability
I currently have limited availability for new clients and offer online therapy sessions Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (UK time). I aim to accommodate clients’ needs wherever possible and may have some flexibility for early morning or evening sessions upon request.
Therapy is available in both English and Portuguese, and I offer both video and telephone sessions—whichever feels most comfortable for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief that therapy should be a safe and collaborative space.
My integrative approach draws on transactional analysis, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which allows me to tailor each session to your individual needs, values, and personal history. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, I work alongside you to make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change.
As a Brazilian therapist, I value the importance of identity, culture, and context. I work with people from all walks of life, and I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent clients (including those with ADHD and autism), LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants, and those from diverse racial, cultural, and spiritual backgrounds.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to create a calm, respectful, and collaborative space where you can explore whatever feels important at your pace. I see therapy as a partnership, grounded in trust, curiosity, and care, where we work together to better understand your experiences and move toward greater clarity and self-acceptance.
I offer online therapy to adults dealing with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, identity questions, relationship struggles, grief, and life transitions.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from transactional analysis, attachment theory, and CBT to shape a flexible, person-centred approach tailored to your needs.

My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin to explore what has brought you to therapy. I will invite you to share a bit about yourself, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You are welcome to ask any questions about how I work, and there’s no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
This initial session also helps us decide whether we feel like a good fit to work together. If we choose to continue, we’ll begin to shape a therapeutic focus that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
I do not currently offer a reduced rate for first sessions. No formal assessment is required, though I may ask a few questions to better understand your history and needs.
Sessions are held online via secure video or phone, in English or Portuguese.
