About me and my therapy practice

I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in a peaceful cabin in BN1, surrounded by the calming presence of nature. I provide a nurturing and comforting space, where together we will untangle the thoughts, feelings, or experiences, that have brought you to therapy.

I work psychodynamically, believing that our early experiences and relationships shape us. Together, we will explore your experiences with curiosity, looking for connections and patterns that can offer deeper understanding of your inner world. With this will come space to notice, acknowledge and process the things you haven't felt able to in the past.

Clients often come with specific concerns, such as depression, self-esteem or relationship issues. Many clients come experiencing anxiety, with a wish to explore further what might be underneath it. For some, there is just a feeling that something isn't right. Our sessions will provide a precious space that is just yours and together we will find our points of focus.

With significant experience in supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism I offer a neurodivergent-affirming practice.

If it feels like now is the time, email to arrange an initial free call where we can work through any questions you might have. We can discuss what you would like to gain and build a picture of how therapy can fit into your life.
