About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified therapist with a Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling. I am a member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ and follow their Ethical Framework to ensure a safe and ethical therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about supporting clients through life’s challenges such as bereavement, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, loss and low self-esteem.
I also have a special interest in women’s reproductive issues such as baby loss, recurrent miscarriage, infertility, post natal depression and birth trauma.
We will focus on what feels most important to you and work at your pace. As you begin to understand yourself more fully, you will find new ways to navigate difficult parts of your life. Over time, this can help bring you more clarity and fulfilment.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I adapt various techniques, depending on your unique situation, including humanistic, psychodynamic, breathwork and journaling, helping you to untangle and make sense of your inner world so you can live in a more resilient, empowered and fulfilling way.
I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, neurodivergent-aware and welcome clients from all communities.
I am taking on new clients in September 2025 on a long-term basis or for a shorter, more goal-driven basis. We can discuss this more fully when we meet. I see clients in comfortable therapy rooms near London Bridge and online via Zoom.
I work with adults aged 18 or over.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so it is important to find someone with whom you feel a connection. That’s why I offer a free 15 minute introductory call during which time we can explore any issues that are troubling you and we can see if we are a ‘good fit’ for each other.
My first session
After our initial chat, we can arrange our first full session together during which I find out more about you, your relationships and family and what is bringing you to therapy at this time.
In ongoing sessions, you’re welcome to bring whatever feels most important to you at the time. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship and find a way of working that feels right for you.
Sessions are held weekly, on the same day and at the same time each week, to provide consistency and a sense of stability.
Sessions are client-led meaning that your experiences, feelings and goals are at the forefront of our work together. My role is to help you explore these to facilitate self-discovery and personal growth.
