Availability
I offer appointments Monday to Friday, with daytime and evening sessions available. My schedule is designed to provide flexibility for clients managing demanding professional or personal lives. Current availability is limited, so I recommend reaching out to confirm whether I have a suitable time open.
Sessions are held in my consulting rooms in Golders Green and Bedford Square, or online for those who prefer the convenience of working from home or while travelling. In certain circumstances, I am able to arrange private home visits, offering therapy in the comfort of your own space.
While I encourage regular weekly sessions, I understand that at times additional support may be required. Where possible, I will accommodate urgent or last-minute appointments. All planned breaks and time away are communicated well in advance.
About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in supporting clients who want to move beyond stress, exhaustion, or the lingering effects of past experiences, and who are ready to prioritise their emotional wellbeing. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, or individuals in leadership roles who recognise the importance of investing in their inner life as much as their external success.
My approach combines depth-oriented talking therapy with somatic and nervous system regulation techniques. This integration allows us to address not only thoughts and emotions but also the way the body holds stress and trauma. This work is particularly effective for anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties, and high-pressure lifestyles.
Drawing on polyvagal-informed practice, somatic self-regulation, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based strategies, I create a therapeutic experience that is tailored, collaborative, and discreet. Clients often find this process not only brings immediate relief but also leads to lasting changes in how they respond to challenges and relate to themselves and others.
Practice description
My practice provides a calm, private environment designed for clients who value professionalism, discretion, and personal growth. Many of the individuals I work with lead busy, successful lives yet find themselves carrying unresolved stress, trauma, or unhelpful patterns that undermine their wellbeing and relationships.
I offer a bespoke therapeutic experience, focusing on creating clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom. Each session is tailored to your needs, whether the aim is to recover from past trauma, navigate complex relationships, or simply find more balance in the midst of high demands.
Sessions are held in comfortable and confidential consulting rooms in Golders Green and Bedford Square, with the option of secure online sessions for flexibility. In certain cases, I also provide discreet home visits.
My practice may be especially suited to those seeking a premium therapeutic service: clients who wish to work with a professional who understands the pressures of high-responsibility roles, the impact of trauma and stress, and the importance of a trusted, consistent space in which to reflect and restore.
My first session
Your first session offers the opportunity to step back and focus fully on yourself. It is a space to talk openly about your current situation, your background, and what you hope to achieve. I will guide the conversation with thoughtful questions, always at your pace, to gain a clear understanding of your priorities.
We will also review practical details such as the preferred format of sessions (in person, online, or home visits where appropriate), frequency of appointments, and what you can expect from the process. I will share more about my approach and answer any questions you may have.
This initial meeting is not a reduced-rate consultation; instead, it reflects the same level of commitment, discretion, and professional care as ongoing sessions. Many clients find that even from the first meeting, the experience of being listened to in a confidential, non-judgmental space provides immediate relief and clarity.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a polyvagal-informed psychotherapist, which means my work is rooted in the understanding that our nervous system shapes how we feel, think, and connect. The Polyvagal Theory provides a clear map of how our body responds to stress, trauma, and safety, and I use this framework to help clients make sense of their experiences.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviour, I pay close attention to the body鈥檚 cues and survival states. Many of the challenges people bring鈥攕uch as anxiety, burnout, trauma, or emotional overwhelm鈥攁re deeply connected to the body鈥檚 automatic fight, flight, or freeze responses. Together, we explore how your nervous system shifts between these states, and how that influences your emotions, relationships, and daily life.
In our sessions, I create a safe and collaborative space where you can gently begin to notice your own nervous system patterns. We may use a mix of approaches including:
鈥 Grounding and regulation practices to bring steadiness and calm.
鈥 Breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness to reconnect you with your body.
鈥 Relational safety and co-regulation, allowing you to feel supported and understood.
The pace is always guided by you. My aim is not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you develop a lasting sense of safety, agency, and resilience.
Polyvagal-informed therapy is compassionate and non-judgemental. It offers a way to understand why you feel and react as you do, while opening up practical tools for change. Over time, this work can restore connection to yourself and others, bring relief from chronic stress, and support you in living with more ease, balance, and vitality.
If you are seeking a therapist who integrates mind and body, and who can help you navigate stress and trauma through the lens of the nervous system, this approach may be a good fit for you.
Practice description
My practice is founded on the belief that healing begins with safety. I specialise in working with women experiencing trauma, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, using a polyvagal-informed approach that recognises the vital role of the nervous system in recovery and resilience.
Many people who come to therapy feel stuck in cycles of stress or disconnection. You may notice constant tension, racing thoughts, or a sense of shutting down. These experiences are not signs of weakness, but natural responses of the nervous system trying to protect you. In my practice, I help clients understand these patterns through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, which maps how the body responds to danger and safety.
I offer both in-person sessions in North London and online therapy, making my practice accessible and flexible. Whether in the room or virtually, I aim to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Therapy with me is not about pushing through pain, but about gently building the capacity to regulate, connect, and feel grounded.
Alongside talking therapy, I integrate somatic and body-based practices. This may include simple regulation tools such as grounding, breathwork, or gentle movement, always tailored to your comfort and pace. By weaving together mind and body, therapy becomes a process of rediscovering balance, safety, and connection.
My practice is particularly suited to women who are managing the demands of family, work, and relationships, while carrying the weight of unresolved stress or trauma. I understand the pressure of holding everything together while feeling disconnected inside, and I support clients to move from survival mode into a place of greater ease, vitality, and resilience.
Above all, my practice is a space where you do not need to pretend or hold it all in. Here, you are invited to slow down, listen to your body, and find new ways of being that honour both your past experiences and your future hopes.
My first session
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I want your first session to feel as safe and steady as possible. From the moment we meet鈥攚hether in person or online鈥攎y focus is on creating a space where you can breathe out, feel welcomed, and know that you will not be judged.
The first session is not about rushing into deep work or re-telling your entire life story. Instead, it is a gentle introduction to how we might work together. We will talk about what has brought you here, what you are hoping for, and what feels most important for you right now. I will also explain my approach, grounded in Polyvagal Theory, so that you understand how our nervous system shapes feelings of safety, connection, stress, and survival.
Together we will begin to notice how your body responds in the moment鈥攚hether through tension, restlessness, or even numbness. These responses are not 鈥減roblems鈥 but signals from your nervous system that we can learn to listen to with curiosity and compassion. I may introduce simple, practical grounding or breathing techniques, so you leave the session with tools you can use right away.
You will have space to ask questions, share at your own pace, and explore what feels comfortable for you. Nothing is forced; you set the pace, and we work in partnership. My role is to walk alongside you, offering a safe structure and helping you tune into your body鈥檚 wisdom while gently building the capacity for regulation and connection.
By the end of the first session, many clients describe feeling relieved鈥攏ot because everything is 鈥渇ixed,鈥 but because they have begun to make sense of their experiences in a new way. You will leave with a clearer sense of what therapy with me involves, and with the reassurance that this is a space where you can gradually shift from survival toward resilience, balance, and authentic connection

I help women break free from trauma, chronic stress and emotional overwhelm by guiding them toward deep self-regulation, resilience, and inner peace.
As a Psychotherapist, Somatic Therapist, and Self-Regulation Specialist, I integrate Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Work, Psychodynamic Therapy, and other therapeutic approaches to enhance and deepen the healing process. Through somatic therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques, I create a safe, compassionate space for healing. I am passionate about helping women reclaim their inner strength, self-awareness, and joy so they can live with greater peace and purpose.
If you're ready to take the next step on your healing journey, let's connect. You can book in for a first therapy session or a free 20-minute initial consultation. I'd love to support you.
Practice description
I offer integrative, somatic psychotherapy for women who are navigating the effects of trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation, supporting clients to move out of survival states (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and into greater emotional balance, connection, and resilience.
In our work together, we may explore early attachment patterns, relational dynamics, or moments when you鈥檝e felt emotionally disconnected or overwhelmed. I combine talk therapy with somatic techniques, including breathwork, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and body-based self-regulation practices. This allows for deeper healing, not just at the level of the mind, but in the body and nervous system as well.
Many of the women I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel anxious, exhausted, emotionally shut down, or like they鈥檙e just surviving. I provide a calm, compassionate space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently uncover what needs healing.
I offer sessions online and in person in North London (Golders Green) and Central London (Bedford Square). Daytime availability Monday to Friday. Whether you鈥檙e looking for short-term support or longer-term, in-depth work, I tailor the process to meet your needs. If you鈥檇 like to know more or book an initial session, please get in touch.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to begin building a sense of trust and safety within the therapeutic space. This session is slightly different from ongoing work 鈥 rather than diving in too deeply right away, we鈥檒l take time to explore what brings you to therapy, what you鈥檙e hoping for, and what鈥檚 been challenging for you emotionally, mentally, or physically. There鈥檚 no pressure to share everything 鈥 we go at your pace, with care and compassion.
I may ask a few gentle questions to understand your history, current concerns, and any previous experience with therapy. If relevant, we may also explore any nervous system symptoms (like chronic anxiety, shutdown, hypervigilance, etc.) to help identify how trauma or stress is showing up for you somatically.
The first session also gives you the chance to ask questions about how I work and to get a feel for whether this approach feels right for you. There鈥檚 no commitment beyond this session 鈥 you鈥檙e welcome to take time afterwards to decide if you鈥檇 like to continue.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation if you鈥檇 like to meet briefly before booking your first session. This initial session is charged at my standard rate, and there is no obligation to commit to further sessions. I work online and in person in North and Central London, and sessions are available during daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with women in North London and online who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of coercive control and difficult relationships. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected, and together we work towards creating more balance, resilience, and ease in daily life.
My approach is trauma-informed and somatic, which means I pay close attention not only to your thoughts and emotions but also to how your body holds stress and past experiences. We may use gentle body-based practices alongside talking therapy to support regulation of the nervous system and build long-term coping strategies. This is especially helpful for challenges such as PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, panic, and the lingering effects of childhood or relationship trauma.
I draw on a range of approaches including somatic self-regulation, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and psychodynamic insights, tailoring each session to your individual needs. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make the changes you want in your life.
I offer therapy in person in Golders Green and Bedford Square, as well as online sessions for clients across the UK. In some cases, I can also provide home visits.
If you are searching for a therapist in North London who understands the impact of trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress, and who can support you in finding both relief and lasting change, I would be glad to talk with you about how we might work together.
Practice description
My practice offers a discreet, private, and highly personalised space for clients who wish to step away from the demands of daily life and invest deeply in their wellbeing. Many of the women I work with are professionals, leaders, or caregivers who carry significant responsibilities and seek a confidential and supportive environment in which to restore balance.
Clients can expect a calm and welcoming setting, where the quality of care and attention is tailored to their individual needs. I take a bespoke approach, drawing on both talking therapy and body-based methods to help regulate the nervous system, ease the effects of stress and trauma, and create lasting transformation. Each session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards greater clarity, resilience, and inner strength.
Sessions are available in beautifully appointed consulting rooms in Golders Green and Bedford Square, chosen for their comfort and privacy. For those who prefer flexibility, I also offer online therapy, and in certain circumstances, I am able to provide home visits.
My work is particularly suited to women experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges, who want not only immediate relief but also deeper, long-term change. Above all, I offer discretion, consistency, and a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect.
For clients who are ready to prioritise their emotional health and invest in themselves, my practice provides the space and expertise to support meaningful, lasting growth.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore how we might work together. It is a time for you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and for me to listen carefully to your needs, history, and goals.
During this session, I will ask some gentle but structured questions to help me understand your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve from therapy. This is not a formal assessment in the clinical sense, but rather a collaborative exploration to begin shaping the focus of our work.
We will also talk through practical details such as frequency of sessions, whether in person, online, or where appropriate, through home visits. I will explain my approach, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel comfortable with the process.
Many clients find that even the first session brings a sense of relief, as it provides a confidential, supportive space to express themselves freely. From this starting point, we can establish a therapeutic relationship built on trust and consistency.
I do not offer reduced or concession rates for the first session, as I believe it is important for our work together to begin as it will continue鈥攚ith the same level of commitment, respect, and professional care.
