Hello, I'm April, I am an integrative therapist with training in psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques. I take a person-centred, relational approach, where I believe that you are the expert in your own experience and my role is to support you in understanding and exploring it. I work with a wide range of individual, including survivors of rape and sexual abuse. You are very welcome to reach out and see if we are a good fit for each other
Practice description
Sessions take place at the same time each week and last 50 minutes. I don't offer fortnightly sessions.
