About me and my therapy practice

Are you tired of feeling stuck or misunderstood?

Maybe you're struggling with life's ups and downs?

You don't have to do it alone.

The struggle is real - I get it.

Seeking help isn’t easy, but you’ve taken the first step.

And the best part? You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.

I work with people who are done with shrinking themselves and are ready for something different.

If you want someone to help you untangle what you’re going through, then you’re in the right place.

Practice description

With 10 years of experience supporting people, I offer therapy for anyone who is ready to take control.

I work with a wide range of people and experiences, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients

I've got extensive experience working in supported housing, drug and alcohol recovery services, mental health support charities, and alongside clinical NHS mental health teams.

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed – led by you, at your pace, without pressure or judgment.

I value openness, inclusion and empathy:

- I create space for honesty and curiosity, allowing you to feel seen and accepted without judgement.

- I believe everyone deserves to feel valued and welcomed just as they are.

- I meet you where you are, with compassion and respect.

Reach out for a FREE initial chat to see if I can help you.

My first session

First steps:

After you get in touch with me, I'll reply to you within 3 working days. We’ll find a time that works for you to have a free initial chat (either by phone or video call). I'll ask for some basic contact details at this point.

The initial chat gives us the space to talk about what's going on for you and how I could help you. It's your space and time to ask questions, get to know me and for me to understand you a little better. There’s no pressure!

If, after that, you’d like to try therapy, we’ll get you booked in for a full session.

Sessions:

Everyone is different, so sessions will be tailored to suit your needs and your unique experiences.

I offer both short and long-term therapy and offer both person-centred and integrative approaches.
