I’m here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together to help you make sense of what you’re going through, find practical ways to cope, and work towards feeling more balanced and in control.
Even if it's just needing someone to talk to when life feels heavy, I’m ready to support you every step of the way and offer a safe and supportive space to help you build resilience, insight, and lasting change.

Practice description
Remote and face to face.
I offer remote sessions - either via telephone or via teams online, for those that feel that it is more convenient or comfortable to have their sessions from within their own space.
I also offer face to face sessions .
The sessions are utilised at your request-
I offer both:
- A directive approach : using more directive modality skills- which include techniques and goal driven or more ‘tangible’ ways to deal with or approach the things that no longer serve you/ you wish to change.
And/ or
- A non-directive approach: using person centred talking therapies in which the process is more gently guided by the processing of events or feelings within your life, that you wish to go through, talk about and untangle together.
In most cases, my stance is integrative - meaning a mixture of the two, in accordance with each individual person, to establish most effective therapeutic and psychological change.
My first session
I know it can feel big, taking that first step- so the first session is utilised for you to speak about whatever you choose to bring- only you will have the gut instinct of how you feel and whether you feel a hope in the help and support that I may be able to help with, and we can proceed from there. What I can help with
