About me and my therapy practice
Based in South Woodford and Essex, I have spent over 20 years working alongside people in both moments of struggle and change. My approach is based around building trust, safety and honesty as the foundation of our work together. As an Integrative Therapist and Coach, I believe therapy should never be a one size fits all approach, it needs to be tailored to you. The way we work together will reflect your unique individual needs, pace and goals.
Working with me offers a confidential and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely. Together we can begin to make sense of your experiences, heal old wounds and discover new ways of moving forward. Therapy is not just about easing struggles and conflicts, but also about reconnecting with yourself. Uncovering your strengths and finding possibilities for growth
I bring warmth, empathy, skills and experience in my work and am here to walk alongside you on this journey.
Whether you are navigating bereavement, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties or life transitions, this can be a safe space to feel understood, gain clarity and find balance within.
I offer in person appointments in South Woodford and Buckhurst Hill as well as online sessions for your convenience.
Practice description
Access to both of my practices are conveniently located, just short walks from South Woodford or Roding Valley Tube Stations. Car parking is also available near both. They are within easy reach of Buckhurst Hill, Woodford, South Woodford, Chigwell, Loughton, Wanstead, Central London and surrounding areas.
Initial Assessment sessions last 70 minutes.
Follow on sessions last 50 minutes.
I offer both in person and online sessions.
As a British Indian Therapist, I bring an inclusive and culturally sensitive sense to my work. I know our identities, family backgrounds and the communities we come from shape how we experience life and belonging. My aim is that you feel respected, understood and empowered holistically.
I also assist with workplace training in Grief, Loss and Mental Health and wellbeing and so understand the dynamics and pressures within organisations.
Grief & Loss
As a therapist with personal understanding of trauma and loss I bring both a personal understanding as well as extensive professional training within the field of grief and loss. Loss comes in so many shapes and forms and as a society there is still a way to becoming grief literate. I am able to support my clients in a safe and contained way as they navigate an often unwieldy and difficult journey.
