I鈥檓 currently welcoming new adult clients for online integrative counselling and coaching sessions. Virtual appointments are available Monday to Thursday, between 6:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. (BST).
All sessions are held via Zoom, offering flexible access from the comfort of your own space. I鈥檒l be working throughout the summer, with some adjustments around seasonal commitments.

I hold a unique Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London, blending counselling鈥檚 depth with coaching鈥檚 forward focus. This means I鈥檓 trained to support you emotionally while also helping you take practical, meaningful steps forward. You don鈥檛 have to choose between healing and progress; my approach offers both, tailored to your needs.

My practice is grounded in the Personal Consultancy framework, which integrates counselling and coaching into one fluid, responsive process. This allows us to tailor our sessions to meet you where you are, with structure and care.
