About me and my therapy practice
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with life, you've found a place where you'll be truly heard and understood.
I'll walk with you as you discover your own insights and solutions, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward greater self-acceptance and authenticity.
Through this process, you'll develop deeper self-awareness and new perspectives, naturally building confidence and self-esteem that leads to enhanced well-being and healing.
Practice description
As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert on your own life and experiences. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I have experience working with children, teenagers, adults, and those who are disabled or neurodivergent.
I hold a current enhanced DBS certificate and am a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, working to their professional ethical standards.
My first session
In our first session, you'll have trusting space to talk about what's happening for you and explore what's brought you here. We'll discuss what you'd like to focus on and how we might work together moving forward.
This is our chance to get to know each other, for me to understand your needs and expectations, and for us both to see if we connect and are well matched.
I can offer both short and long-term therapy, either with a fixed number of sessions or open-ended, tailored to your situation.
There's no single way counselling should work, you can approach this however feels right for you, whatever you bring is welcome.
