About me and my therapy practice
Life is not always easy—and sometimes it helps to talk to someone who truly listens. I offer a warm, empathetic therapeutic space where your story is heard without judgment.
As a trained integrative psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), I tailor our sessions to suit your unique needs by drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, including:

Practice description
My aim is to help you make sense of what you are going through—with compassion. Together, we will develop your self-awareness, identify recurring emotional patterns, and gently guide you toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and lasting change.
Working integratively means I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods, responding intuitively to your unique needs. Sometimes that means blending approaches or shifting focus as your journey unfolds. And if you have a particular preference for how we work, I will always honour that too.
You do not have to carry things alone. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, coping with loss, or struggling to connect in your relationships—there’s space here for everything you are holding.
My first session
I offer a complimentary 15-minute initial consultation because I believe it's important that you feel comfortable and confident before we begin. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and explore whether working together feels right for you.
There’s no pressure—just a friendly, honest conversation to see how I can support your journey.
Therapy works best when there’s space for consistency, reflection, and growth. That’s why I offer a reduced rate for clients who commit to longer-term work:
• 10% discount when booking a block of 6 sessions
• 20% discount when booking a block of 12 sessions
