Sessions take place on a weekly basis. After a little while, we can certainly explore moving to a bi-weekly schedule if appropriate.

About me and my therapy practice

If you’re looking for a therapist who understands both professionally and personally what it means to live with ADHD, Autism and dyslexia, or mental health challenges, I can help.

I offer integrative therapy tailored to your individual needs; whether that’s talking therapy, creative approaches, or a blend of both.

With over 20 years’ experience supporting people through mental health difficulties, neurodivergence, and disability, I create a safe and compassionate space for you to explore what you’re going through.

You don’t have to face these struggles alone, together we’ll work towards greater self-understanding, resilience, and well-being.

To book a session, simply get in touch, I currently offer individual therapy sessions online.

With a background in arts and music, my career began running therapeutic workshops with young offenders, in schools, and with adults across the UK. I’m also a qualified dyslexia and neurodiversity specialist, holding a postgraduate qualification in SpLD diagnosis and the National Autistic Society’s certification to support Autistic university students.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia, I’ve contributed to shaping UK policy and practice for adults with ADHD as part of the United Kingdom Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN) advisory committee. Alongside this, I’ve supported many people: neurodivergent and neurotypical alike, through mental health challenges in education and workplace settings.

My approach is collaborative and flexible, as there’s no one-size-fits-all therapy. Our work together might involve talking through your experiences or incorporating creative methods to explore and process emotions. Whatever feels right for you, we’ll shape it together.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you shift how you see yourself, with the intention of helping you find greater self-compassion, confidence, and acceptance of who you are.
