About me and my therapy practice
I started my career in the voluntary sector, supporting families through difficult times. This led me to train as a counsellor so I could offer more focused, one-to-one support.
I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel truly listened to and understood.
My approach is person-centred, meaning I work with you at your own pace, respecting your individuality and unique experiences. Together we can explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you to heal and grow.
Practice description
I offer counselling in a warm, non-judgemental environment, where you can talk openly about the challenges you are facing.
My practice is grounded in empathy and respect, creating a space where you can reflect, process emotions, and explore new perspectives.
Sessions are collaborative — I do not provide quick fixes, but instead support you to develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and find your own path to a more fulfilling life.
