About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapist working with individuals who want to feel more connected to themselves and more at ease in their relationships, choices and emotional lives. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion and real conversation. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and begin to understand the patterns, thoughts and feelings that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. That means we’ll work together to explore what’s happening in your inner world, how your past might be influencing your present, and what it means to move forward with more clarity and self-trust. I hold a deep respect for each person’s unique story and way of coping, and I work at a pace that feels right for you.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons: anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or just a feeling that something isn’t quite right. You might feel stuck in a pattern, disconnected from your emotions, or unsure how to make a change. I’m here to support you through those moments with care and curiosity.
I draw from humanistic, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches to support emotional insight, nervous system regulation and meaningful change.
You can learn more about how I work at www.iamifeel.co.uk. If it sounds like a good fit, feel free to get in touch for an initial conversation.
Practice description
My practice offers a warm, confidential and collaborative space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I work with adults from all walks of life who are ready to pause, reflect and make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings or experiences. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply unsure of who you are right now. Whatever brings you, you are welcome here.
Sessions with me are conversational, steady and supportive. Together we’ll look at the emotional landscape of your life and the ways your past may be shaping your present. I bring curiosity and care to each session, allowing space for the things that feel hard to name. I work relationally, meaning that the relationship we build together becomes part of the healing process. You don’t have to come with the right words or a clear goal. We can start with where you are.
My practice is neurodivergent inclusive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-worth, identity exploration, loss, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties and creative block. I integrate humanistic, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches to meet you as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms.
Sessions are usually held weekly online but this of course all depends on your particular needs. You can learn more at www.iamifeel.co.uk. If you feel ready to begin, get in touch to arrange a short introductory call.
My first session
To start, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. This gives us a chance to briefly connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see whether it feels like a good fit for both of us. You are welcome to ask any questions about how I work, what to expect, or anything you are unsure about.
If we decide to move forward, our first full session is a gentle introduction to the work. You do not need to prepare anything in advance. I will invite you to share a little more about your current situation, your hopes for therapy, and anything that feels important to name. Some people come with specific things they want to explore, while others are not quite sure yet. Both are completely welcome.
There is no formal assessment, and the pace is led by you. I work relationally, which means I pay close attention to how we are working together and how the space feels for you. This helps us build a strong foundation for the work ahead.
All sessions last 60 minutes and my standard individual fee is £60 per session if weekly or £70 per session fortnightly/monthly etc. We can discuss this together during the initial consultation.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or a return to the process, the first session is a space to arrive just as you are.

Availability
I offer flexible, by-arrangement appointments for public-facing professionals and creatives with unpredictable schedules. I currently have capacity for one new client. Availability includes weekday sessions and, in some cases, early or evening work by agreement.
About me and my therapy practice
For people whose lives are often visible, therapy offers something rare: privacy, neutrality, and space to explore who you are when you’re not being seen.
I work with actors, performers, musicians, presenters, creatives and other public-facing clients; including those in transition or reinvention. My style is calm, non-judgemental, and emotionally attuned. This is a quiet, private space to be human; not a role, not a brand, not a project.
I’m experienced in working alongside agents, PRs, management teams and family offices, and understand the need for emotional containment, flexible access, and trust at every stage.
Practice description
Fame doesn’t protect us from pain. In fact, in many cases, it is more likely to complicate it.
I support clients with the emotional weight of performance, pressure, reinvention, and burnout. You may be navigating the quiet discomfort of being over-seen and under-held. Or perhaps you’re stepping away from a role or career and wondering who you are now.
I work with people who are visible but lonely. Those who are admired but uncertain. Those who want somewhere to bring the parts of themselves they don’t post.
This work is discreet, slow-paced, and rooted in emotional honesty, not pathology or spectacle.
Referrals are most welcome through trusted intermediaries.
You can learn more about my reflective work at beyondthegrid.uk, a quiet space dedicated to identity, transition and emotional recalibration.
My first session
The first session is a confidential conversation, not an assessment. You’re welcome to bring whatever feels live, or simply explore what it might be like to work together.
No structured questionnaires are used unless clinically necessary. If you work with a team or agent, I’m happy to liaise privately on booking or access arrangements.
Rates are shared privately and vary depending on session format and discretion level required. I do not publish fees online.

Availability
I work with a small number of clients at any one time to offer maximum discretion, flexibility, and continuity. Sessions are available online or in-person by arrangement. I offer weekday daytime sessions and, in certain cases, early mornings or evenings to accommodate complex schedules.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer discreet, emotionally intelligent therapy for people who live much of their lives in public; whether on stage, in business, or within legacy structures. If you’re often the one holding it all together, being seen without being known, therapy can offer a rare space to be heard without performance or expectation.
My work is collaborative and calm, tailored to those used to high levels of responsibility, privacy, and control. I focus on helping clients explore meaning, identity, and inner leadership, especially in moments of personal change, reinvention, or quiet overwhelm.
Practice description
Clients often come to me during periods of transition: Either entering into or stepping back from a role, questioning what’s next, or feeling disconnected despite outward success. I work well with founders, entrepeneurs, succession, performers, philanthropists, politicians and next-generation leaders who are navigating identity shifts, private emotional fatigue, or relational complexities that are difficult to speak about elsewhere.
My approach is thoughtful, non-pathologising, and trauma-informed. This isn’t about fixing, it’s about making sense of who you are now, who you’ve been, and what still matters. I bring experience from work in both public and private sectors and understand the nuances of status, legacy, and high-stakes environments.
You can learn more about my reflective work at beyondthegrid.uk, a quiet space dedicated to identity, transition and emotional recalibration.
My first session
The first session is a confidential space to explore what brings you to therapy now, and what you’re looking for; even if you’re not quite sure yet. There’s no obligation to continue unless the fit feels right. I don’t use structured assessments unless clinically needed, and there is no need to share anything you’re not ready to.
Sessions are by private arrangement. I do not publish rates online to maintain confidentiality and flexibility for clients and referrers.
