About me and my therapy practice
Life can be tough. If you are living with chronic stress, anxiety or low mood, going through a life-changing event, difficult relationships, or generally feeling stuck in your life, therapy can offer a safe and transformative space to help move you forward.
I am a qualified and Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered counsellor based in Canterbury. I offer a confidential, warm and supportive environment where you can safely explore what you are going through, and discover new ways of approaching life’s challenges.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, weighed down by self-doubt or hurt, you don’t need to keep holding everything together on your own. Talking to someone trained to listen, reflect and guide can make a real difference.

Practice description
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, with a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling. My work is grounded in a person-centred framework, and draws on Gestalt, existential and trauma-informed approaches to provide a pathway that matches your own needs.
Sessions last 50 minutes and typically involve:
- Exploring current concerns and challenges
- Reflecting on past experiences
- Identifying patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour
- Working toward self-acceptance, resilience, insight, and change
