I’m an integrative therapist based in Hackney and Camden. I offer daytime sessions throughout the week, with a small number of evening slots on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, feel free to get in touch to arrange a brief introductory call and see if it feels like the right fit.
About me and my therapy practice
Therapy can mean different things to different people. For some, it’s about finding relief from anxiety, low mood or feeling steadier during a life transition. For others, it’s a space to look more deeply at how past experiences and relationships continue to shape the present.
My style is warm and collaborative, with room for curiosity, gentle challenge, and humour when appropriate. I want you to feel comfortable bringing the parts of yourself you may usually keep hidden.
Together we might explore the deeper patterns that shape how you feel and relate to others. This could mean looking at how early relationships affect your current ones, or noticing what comes up between us in sessions as a window into your other relationships.
Whether you are looking for short-term support with a specific issue or wanting to explore things more deeply, both are welcome. I see therapy as a space to build self-understanding while also making room for meaningful change. I also hold in mind the impact of wider systems, including family, culture and society, on how we feel and relate.
Practice description
Rather than offering quick fixes, I’ll meet you where you are. Our work may focus on immediate challenges or involve deeper exploration of how your history and relationships have shaped you.
My integrative style allows me to adapt flexibly to your needs. I draw from psychodynamic, person-centred, existential, and CBT approaches, and offer psychoeducation where it helps build clarity and understanding. Whether you’re looking for focused symptom management or open-ended exploration, we’ll shape the work together.
I hold a first-class degree in Counselling from the University of East London. Alongside my clinical training, I worked as a recovery worker at St Mungo’s, supporting people experiencing homelessness with complex trauma, addiction, and severe mental health difficulties. This gave me a grounded understanding of how psychological distress is often shaped by systemic disadvantage and social exclusion. I also currently volunteer with Depaul UK, providing therapeutic support to young adults aged 18–26.
My first session
I offer either a free 15-minute call or a full assessment session. This gives you space to ask questions, share what’s brought you here, and get a sense of how I work.
You don’t need to have a clear plan - therapy can begin with uncertainty. Some sessions may feel more reflective, others more focused. We’ll take it week by week, depending on what you need and what feels most helpful.
