About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Kayleigh - a qualified psychotherapist, a deeply intuitive soul, and someone who wholeheartedly believes in the healing power of being seen, just as you are.
My path into therapy began with my own healing. I know what it’s like to carry unspoken pain, to question your worth, and to long for a space where your sensitivity is not just allowed, but welcomed. I’ve sat in the quiet, done the work, and learned to trust the wisdom within - and I love supporting others to do the same.
I trained as a therapist because I wanted to offer what I didn’t always have: a safe, non-judgemental space to be real - messy, uncertain, tender, and true.
Practice description
I work in a person-centred way, which means our sessions are led by you - your pace, your process, your truth. I’ll meet you with warmth, depth, and full presence. Together we’ll sit with what’s real - what hurts, what hopes, what aches - and gently honour whatever is ready to come to the surface.
Whatever you’re navigating, you don’t have to carry it alone anymore. This is a space for you to feel seen, heard, and safe enough to unravel what isn’t yours to hold - and to grow into the life you deserve. A life no longer shaped by survival or pain, but by self-trust, authenticity, and peace.
I can help you gently explore the patterns that keep you stuck, release what no longer serves you, and reclaim your voice, your worth, and your way forward.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session - a gentle space where you can share a little about what’s bringing you here, ask any questions, and get a sense of how it might feel to work together.
I know how vulnerable opening up can be. I’ve been in that seat myself - I’ll hold the space with care, without judgement and deep respect for where you are in your journey.
