About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Morven
If you’re struggling, you're not alone. No matter how you’re feeling, it’s never too much to ask for help. I will support you in a warm, inclusive space as you navigate life's challenges. Together, we’ll explore what you are going through and gently find a way forward towards healing, self-acceptance, emotional resilience and peace of mind. I will be with you, going at a pace that feels right for you.
I appreciate that taking that first step is daunting, but it’s a brave one. Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, I'm welcoming new clients and I’m here to support you.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and can be either online or in person

Practice description
I have experience working within the NHS and the charitable sectors as well as my private online and in person practice. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, shaped around your unique needs. Drawing on a range of therapeutic models, I will support you in a creative way that honours your story, your pace, and your goals.
I work from an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming perspective, and I aim to offer a safe and supportive space for all clients.
I have particular expertise in trauma work, family issues, relationships, anxiety, depression and fertility.
I have experience in supporting neurodivergent clients and parents of neurodiverse children.
I also work with people experiencing the often bewildering and difficult symptoms of menopause.
