About me and my therapy practice

I offer a confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard. My approach is person-centred, meaning sessions are led by what matters most to you, at your own pace. I work with adults and provide in-person, online or telephone sessions.

I aim to support you while exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, with compassion and curiosity. I value empowering clients by helping to make sense of your experiences and help build self-confidence. I am committed to an ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Practice description

I have worked with clients across many of life's challenges and experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. I also support clients with PTSD, C-PTSD, self-harm, addiction, and other presenting issues.

Sessions are flexible and available in person or remotely, making support accessible to suit different needs. At the heart of my practice is a belief in the value of each individual. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can explore, reflect, and move toward self-growth and improved wellbeing.

My first session

I provide an initial telephone call (no fee) to discuss suitability for working together.  During our first counselling session, we will discuss the number of sessions e.g., short-term (6-weeks), longer-term (6-weeks >) or open-ended sessions along with preferred therapeutic outcomes or goals.
