About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with your deeper self. My approach is grounded in Humanistic therapy, which values your innate potential for growth and healing.

I work relationally and integratively, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis (TA). This allows us to explore your experience in a way that is both present-focused and reflective of past influences.

You may come to therapy carrying stories, roles, or beliefs shaped by early relationships and life experiences. These can quietly impact how you see yourself, relate to others, and respond to the world. In our work together, we gently bring these patterns into awareness, creating space for understanding, compassion, and change.

Person-Centred Therapy provides the foundation of my practice, offering empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. Gestalt invites us to explore how past experiences live in the present, particularly in the therapeutic relationship. TA helps us understand how early messages and relational dynamics form our life scripts, and how we can begin to rewrite them.

I see therapy as a shared journey. You set the pace, and I walk alongside you, with curiosity, care, and respect for your whole self. My aim is not to fix, but to support you in remembering your own resilience, truth, and power.

Practice description

Welcome.

My practice offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect, with yourself, your story, and what matters most to you.

I work with adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost, or navigating a significant life shift. You might be experiencing anxiety, shame, low self-worth, or grief, or simply carrying questions about identity, belonging, or purpose. Whatever brings you here, you are welcome as you are.

My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in Humanistic therapy. I integrate Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis, which allows us to explore the emotional, psychological, and relational layers of your experience. I believe that lasting change begins with awareness and connection, first with yourself, then with others.

Together we might explore the "life script" you’ve unconsciously inherited or constructed, the roles, patterns, and beliefs that shaped you. Our work is about bringing curiosity and compassion to these stories so they can be understood, updated, or released.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I don’t come with fixed answers or assumptions. Instead, I offer presence, honesty, and care as we explore what you’re carrying and what you hope to move toward. At the centre of our work is the belief that you are not broken, you are becoming.

Sessions are available online, by phone, or outdoors as walking therapy in Victoria Park, East London. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help us decide if we’re a good fit.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get a sense of how it might feel to work together. It lasts for one hour and is charged at the usual session rate of £55, or at the agreed concession price if applicable.

During this session, we’ll complete an initial assessment to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and identify what support you may need. We’ll also talk through how we might work together, including any preferences or considerations that are important to you, such as communication style, pace, or anything that may support your comfort and safety in the space.

This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about the process and for us both to consider whether it feels like a good therapeutic fit. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this session, but if we decide to work together, we’ll discuss what ongoing sessions might look like and agree on a day and time that works best.
