About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced online Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering discreet, flexible therapy for professionals seeking high-quality emotional support with privacy and depth. I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ member, Founder of ‘The Room - Psy’, and a committed advocate for inclusive, stigma-free mental health care.
With a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology and an EPQ in Personality Disorders, I offer a grounded, research-informed approach that remains warm, intuitive, and attuned to your unique story. My earlier work with individuals navigating youth services and adult homelessness continues to shape the care, perspective, and respect I bring to every session.
My approach blends evidence-based psychological principles with a person-centred, relational philosophy. Sessions are led by you - your goals, your pace, your truth - while I walk alongside you with empathy, patience, and care. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity questions, or just feeling lost, you’ll be met without judgment or pressure. Come as you are.
I offer a range of fee options to ensure therapy is accessible and responsive to different needs across the UK. My fees reflect factors such as affordability, access to local services, and regional living costs.
Practice description
I work with a broad range of emotional experiences and psychological concerns, including but not limited to: abuse, addiction, anxiety, attachment issues, confidence, death anxiety, deprivation and neglect, depression, domestic violence, eating and body image concerns, exploitation (including County Lines), familial conflicts, familial sexual abuse, financial stress, grief, homelessness, identity, incarceration effects, infertility, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, motivation, narcissistic abuse, personality disorders, psychosis, self-empowerment, serious and terminal diagnoses, sexual abuse, significant life events, social phobia, spirituality, stress, trauma, and workplace stress.
Particular matters may benefit from or require a referral to another service. Ensuring you access appropriate support is of my prime concern, and I will support you in finding the most suitable care if needed.
Above all, therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel prioritised, emotionally held, and empowered to live in alignment with your truest self.
You're not broken - you're becoming. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honoured to walk with you.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced online Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor supporting clients who need affordable therapy, live in rural areas, or are facing NHS delays. I’m a Íø±¬ÃÅ member, Founder of ‘The Room - Psy’, and a passionate advocate for inclusive, stigma-free mental health care.
With a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology and an EPQ in Personality Disorders, I bring a broad background in psychology, research, and frontline mental health into a therapeutic space that is anything but clinical - it’s human, warm, and deeply attuned to your unique journey. My earlier work supporting individuals navigating youth services and adult street homelessness continues to shape the depth of care and respect I bring to every client today.
I understand that in some regions, local services can be stretched, difficult to access, or unavailable. That’s why I offer online counselling specifically for clients in these underserved areas - helping bridge the gap when face-to-face support isn’t accessible, and doing so at a more affordable rate.
