About me and my therapy practice

Hi there, I’m Grace and I'm an Integrative-Relational Therapist.

I work with individuals who are going through a range of issues and difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem issues, stress, identity issues and more. I also have a special interest in working with Neurodivergent people (particularly ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia) as well as being a welcoming and safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, I welcome you as you are. I offer a supportive, compassionate and judgement-free space to help you explore whatever you’re going through.

I work as holistically as possible – taking into consideration your mind, body, culture, race, spiritual beliefs, neurotype, age, gender identity, sexuality, physical ability, and whatever else may seem relevant. I am encouraging, but will challenge gently too. I won’t offer advice, but I will offer thoughts, reflections and questions to get you thinking, not only in the session but between them as well. Additionally, I often work creatively in sessions, using tools like music, art, nesting dolls, postcards, sandboxes and toys.

Please feel free to reach out for further information and to arrange a free 15-minute introductory telephone call.
