About me and my therapy practice
Feeling a bit overwhelmed lately? Perhaps you want to be more present, authentic and connected in all your relationships. Or maybe you're curious about exploring who you are and what truly brings you joy.
Life can certainly throw us curveballs. This can show up in many ways, whether it's challenges in work issues, relationships, navigating big life changes or simply feeling a bit lost or stuck. My role is to walk alongside you, so you don't have to do this alone.
To fully experience life and to get the best out of it we need to foster a deep understanding of ourselves and how we relate to others. Therapy can be a useful way of achieving this.
I believe that within each of us lies the capacity for growth and healing.
Together we can explore patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthier coping mechanisms and have a greater sense of wellbeing.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, meaning our work together is uniquely tailored to you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, we'll draw from a range of therapeutic insights to build a path that genuinely supports your individual needs and goals.

To make things as easy as possible, I offer flexible sessions to fit your life. You can choose from comfortable in-person therapy, convenient online sessions from wherever you are, or even walk-and-talk therapy if you prefer movement and the outdoors.

My first session
After our initial telephone consultation, sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly lasting 50 minutes.
