I am currently available for online therapy. My working hours are 9 am until 5 pm, Monday to Friday. I offer an initial session of introduction, a further commitment to six sessions if we feel happy to do so with a review at the final session, and from there to enter into open-ended therapy with reviews when necessary.
About me and my therapy practice
Íø±¬ÃÅ registered counselling offered within a Psychospiritual perspective - a complimentary approach exploring the depths and higher aspects of the human personality, integrating positive masculine and feminine psychology.
Having worked with over 40 families in the past year (2024/25) under CAPVA (Child & Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse), I make use of NVR (non-violent resistance) techniques. Incorporating depth psychology, trauma-informed work, and CBT models, I interweave perception, interpretation, and empowered action to help with relationship dynamics as well as individual growth and development.
Practice description
I currently provide online counselling and NVR work. I am client-led, providing a confidential and creative space to explore psychological and psychosomatic issues. Whether the struggle is anxiety, stuckness, unresolved traumas or recurring negative patterns in relationships, I believe talking therapy can help bring about meaningful transformation of personality and integration of higher consciousness.
My first session
The initial session is for 50 minutes (as all sessions). It is a space for us to introduce ourselves to each other, where you are invited to ask questions about my practice, the therapy itself, to speak of what ails you, of your hopes and expectations. We can take our time to get a sense of where the work might need to go, where the focus might initially be best directed. And from there, I will suggest a commitment to six more sessions with a review on the sixth one. If there has been a positive change, if you feel energised about the work and wish to continue, we can enter into open-ended weekly therapy with reviews as and when we believe they will be useful.
