Availability
I work both online (via Zoom) and in-person, offering walk-and-talk therapy sessions in central London. I currently have availability for new online clients and offer sessions from Monday to Friday.
I offer weekly and fortnightly sessions, with flexible times and days. This helps support clients who may have work or family commitments that impact regular scheduling. Clients are able to schedule and pay for their own sessions via an online booking portal.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering therapy both online and in person, including walking therapy in central London.
I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can bring whatever feels important, whether that’s anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or a sense of being stuck or lost. You don’t need to have a clear goal to begin therapy, just a sense that something isn’t quite sitting right or that you’d like something to shift.
I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic theories and methods to tailor the work to you. This flexibility allows me to respond to your unique needs, history, and pace, recognising that no two people are the same. My approach is relational, meaning I see the therapeutic relationship as central to the work we do. I’m also trauma-informed, which means I pay close attention to creating emotional safety and working gently with past experiences, without pushing or pathologising.
I welcome clients across the spectrum of identity and experience, including those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds. I’m sensitive to how our intersecting identities shape how we move through the world, how we feel about ourselves, and how we relate, including within the therapy room.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I continue to work in the arts, and I have a particular interest in supporting those navigating creative careers.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy should feel safe, human, and collaborative - a space where you can be fully met.
Practice description
Sessions are 50 minutes long and held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and availability. I offer therapy online via Zoom and occasionally in person through walking therapy sessions in central London.
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible - we go at your pace, with regular check-ins to see how the process feels and whether anything needs adjusting. Together, we can create therapeutic goals if that feels helpful, or work more openly depending on your needs.
Clients come to therapy for many reasons: anxiety, low mood, creative and career struggles, questions around identity, relational challenges, grief, or simply a desire to understand themselves more deeply. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin therapy; many people come with a sense that something isn’t quite sitting right or that they want more from life or relationships.
Therapy can be short-term or open-ended, and we’ll regularly review how things are going to ensure our work continues to support you. My role is to offer a consistent, non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is coming up, at a pace that feels manageable.
My first session
I initially offer a free 30-minute Zoom consultation to help us decide whether we feel comfortable working together. This is an informal, no-pressure space for you to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of my approach.
If we decide to move forward, I’ll ask you to fill out some forms and sign a contract which outlines my terms. Our first full session together is an assessment. This helps us explore your needs, goals, and any relevant background, and to consider what kind of support feels most appropriate.
I work in line with the Íø±¬ÃÅ Ethical Framework and take confidentiality, professional boundaries, and data protection (GDPR) seriously. Everything you share is treated with respect and held in confidence, within the limits of safeguarding and legal requirements. We will go over this together in our first session.
We’ll also discuss how we want to work together, including session frequency, cancellations, and how best to communicate outside sessions if needed. My aim is to make the process as clear, collaborative, and grounded as possible.
