About me and my therapy practice

As a Psychotherapist (and Couples Psychotherapist and Child Psychotherapist and Eating Disorders specialist) I support individuals, couples, families, and children through life's major turning points - from seeing a parent with their baby, to helping someone with an eating disorder, supporting their marriage or relationship, or dealing with grief and loss - empowering them to thrive as their situations evolve.

My earliest memories are of trying to fathom what motivates people. As a result, I’ve consciously tried to understand myself and others through therapy and education. Now, I focus on helping clients make informed choices, gain greater agency and manage their emotions more effectively.

I have a useful perspective on cross cultural backgrounds, relationships and families.

have worked with adults and children in the NHS and Mental Health Services within hospitals, as well as couples in the charity sector.

• Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist trained at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic.

• Couples Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist (registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council).

• M.Prof in Adolescent and Child Psychotherapy (registered with the Association of Child Psychotherapists).

• Seminar leader for the British Psychotherapy Foundation Eating Disorder module.

Having worked as a management consultant for Deloitte for ten years, I also have executive and leadership coaching experience.
