Availability

I offer sessions 7 days a week, with office hours between 08:00 and 21:00 GMT. I aim to be as flexible as possible and understand many people work shifts or have changing availability, I’m happy to offer flexible session times to accommodate your needs. Just let me know what works best for you.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace. My approach is humanistic and collaborative, which means I work with you as a whole person rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or symptoms. There’s no one-size-fits-all method in therapy—so I adapt how I work to suit your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I aim to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. You’re welcome just as you are. I’m down-to-earth in my approach and believe therapy works best when we work together, openly and honestly, to explore what matters most to you.

My practice is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in ongoing professional development. I bring a gentle curiosity and openness to every session, supporting you to develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and confidence.

Practice description

I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity, and relationship difficulties. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, sex-positive, and sex worker friendly. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where all identities, experiences, and ways of being are welcomed and respected.

Sessions take place online in a confidential and secure environment, so you can access therapy from the comfort of your own space. Whether you're navigating a specific issue or working towards a deeper understanding of yourself, my role is to walk alongside you and help you make sense of your experiences without judgment.

I believe therapy can be a powerful space for healing, self-acceptance, and change—and I honour the courage it takes to reach out for support.

My first session

Before our first session, I’ll send you a welcome pack with a therapy contract, an FAQ page, and an assessment form. You can fill out the assessment in your own time, or we can go through it together when we meet—whichever feels more comfortable for you.

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s brought you to therapy. I’ll ask a few gentle questions to understand your background and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to, and you’re welcome to ask any questions about how we’ll work together.
