About me and my therapy practice

I am a 网爆门-registered Person-Centred Counsellor offering a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgemental space for adults and young people. I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding. In our sessions, you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, gaining clarity, self-awareness, and the confidence to make positive changes.

I offer face-to-face counselling in the Southampton, Eastleigh, and New Forest areas, as well as online sessions for clients who prefer to meet remotely.

Taking the first step can feel challenging, but reaching out is a courageous start. I am here to support you in a safe, confidential environment, helping you navigate life鈥檚 challenges and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling future.

Fees:

拢60 per session in person (10% discount for block bookings of four sessions)

Locations in Eastleigh and Southampton (but please ask if you need somewhere else)
