About me and my therapy practice

I'm a qualified integrative transpersonal psychotherapist offering a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My training at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) has equipped me with a broad toolkit, integrating humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and transpersonal approaches.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, or relationship challenges, I work collaboratively to support you in making sense of what’s happening and reconnecting with your inner resources.

Practice description

At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for your unique story. I believe therapy is not about fixing, but about discovering — learning to listen inwardly, explore safely, and respond with greater awareness and self-compassion.

I tailor sessions to your needs, drawing on talking therapy, body awareness, creative techniques, and, where appropriate, psychospiritual perspectives. My work is informed by my experience with clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and people living with complex trauma.

Sessions are confidential, collaborative, and grounded in presence. Together, we’ll explore not just the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ — but also the ‘who’: who you are becoming, and how you want to live.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone call and a free initial session to help you get a sense of how I work and whether I feel like the right therapist for you.

The first session is a space for us to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you might be hoping for, and to begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask some gentle questions about your background, your current concerns, and your goals. You’re also welcome to ask me any questions you might have about my approach or the therapy process.

There’s no obligation to continue after this session. It’s important that you feel comfortable, heard, and safe, and this time allows us both to consider if we’re a good fit before committing to ongoing work.

If we decide to continue, we’ll agree on a regular time to meet and begin to explore things at a pace that feels right for you.
