About me and my therapy practice

You don鈥檛 need to have the right words - we can find them together.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where we move at your pace. I specialise in working with adults experiencing anxiety, panic, and chronic stress, as well as those exploring or affirming their LGBTQ+ identity.

Together, we鈥檒l explore how your experiences have shaped you, how you relate to yourself and others, and how your body holds emotion or stress. Some sessions might focus on gaining insight, others on practical tools, or simply making space for what you鈥檙e feeling.

Whether you鈥檙e navigating the complexities of anxiety or the unique challenges of living as LGBTQ+, you鈥檙e welcome here, just as you are.

My practice is a safe, affirming space especially for those who identify as LGBTQ+, or who are exploring their gender or sexuality. I understand the unique pressures and challenges that can come with anxiety and identity, and I鈥檓 committed to providing non-judgmental support tailored to your needs.
