I currently have space for new clients and offer a free 30-minute consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and see if it feels right for you.
I work with individuals and couples, usually weekly or fortnightly, online or in person in Ancoats, Manchester. My usual hours are Monday to Saturday, daytime and some early evenings. If I鈥檓 ever away for longer than usual, I鈥檒l let you know in advance and we鈥檒l plan around it.

About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 a person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative therapist, which means we鈥檒l go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
I see therapy as a conversation, one where you can show up exactly as you are. I鈥檒l ask thoughtful questions, reflect things back, and help you notice patterns you might not have seen before. But I won鈥檛 sit in silence while you try to guess what I鈥檓 thinking, and I won鈥檛 tell you who you 鈥渟hould鈥 be.
People come to me for all kinds of reasons: anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, identity questions, burnout, or just that quiet sense that something isn鈥檛 right. Some people want to understand the deeper roots of what they鈥檙e carrying. Others just want to feel steadier day-to-day. There鈥檚 space for both.

Beneath the Noise is about creating a quiet, supportive space where you can finally hear yourself again; beneath the anxiety, the overthinking, and the pressure to hold it all together.
Life can feel heavy, especially when you鈥檝e been carrying more than your share. Maybe it鈥檚 anxiety that won鈥檛 let up, grief you haven鈥檛 quite named, old trauma that still lingers, or a sense of being stuck in patterns you don鈥檛 fully understand.
You don鈥檛 need to have all the answers, or even the right words. This is a space where you can show up just as you are, and we鈥檒l figure it out together.
My first session
Before we begin, I offer a free 30-minute online meeting. It鈥檚 just a chance to meet, talk through what鈥檚 bringing you here, and see if it feels like a good fit, no need to prepare anything.
During the consultation, I鈥檒l ask a few gentle questions to get a sense of what鈥檚 bringing you here and what you鈥檇 like support with. You can share as much or as little as you feel ready to, there鈥檚 no need to explain it perfectly. You鈥檙e also welcome to ask me anything about how I work or what to expect.
If you decide to continue, we鈥檒l agree on a regular session time and I鈥檒l send you a simple client agreement to look over before we start. Ongoing sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels right for you, and last 50 minutes for individuals or 60 minutes for couples.
