About me and my therapy practice
I am a warm and compassionate counsellor who works with people who have anxiety, low mood, grief and trauma.
I offer a nonjudgmental relationship to clients in a safe confidential setting where we can work together towards a more positive future. I recognise the need to use a variety of interventions, adapting to individuals needs.
I can offer 2 different locations in North Shields and Low Fell, Gateshead.
When you begin your therapeutic journey I will conduct a 50 min session for assessment and to see if you feel I am the right fit for you.
Practice description
The sessions are held in a small, comfortable office space on the Team Valley in Gateshead. The room is confidential and private.
My first session
The first session will be 拢30 , half price as we will use this time to gather information and discuss what you are looking for from therapy and your counsellor. We will be able to see if we are a good fit for one another at this stage before the work begins.
