About me and my therapy practice

I’m a fully qualified and experienced integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, registered with both the Íø±¬ÃÅ and UKCP, offering individual therapy in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—one built on empathy, respect, and collaboration. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious to understand yourself more deeply, I aim to meet you where you are, with openness and compassion.

My integrative training allows me to draw from a range of well-established approaches, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Behavioural theories. This flexible way of working means I can tailor our sessions to support your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I have particular experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, and issues relating to identity, relationships, and LGBTQ+ experiences. I work in a trauma-informed and holistic way—considering your emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing. I offer a calm and grounded space where we can explore your inner world together, at your pace.

I have experience providing both long-term and short-term psychotherapeutic counselling in a variety of settings, including charitable organisations and private practice and I work inclusively with clients from all walks of life, helping them navigate a range of challenges and circumstances. I am committed to treating each person as a unique individual, respecting their distinct experiences and needs.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I welcome you just as you are.

Practice description

I am based in the heart of Norwich city centre and offer both face-to-face and online sessions for individuals aged 18 and over. My practice is grounded in an integrative approach, which means I draw on a variety of therapeutic models to tailor my work to your individual needs. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you’re facing, at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.

I support clients with a broad range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, addiction, and identity-related challenges, including those faced by the LGBTQ+ community. I have extensive experience helping individuals explore and navigate identity, relationships, and the unique challenges that come with these particular issues.

I am deeply committed to maintaining high professional standards and regularly attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities to stay up to date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques. In order to provide the best possible care, I work closely with an experienced supervisor, ensuring I adequately meet the supervision requirements set by both the Íø±¬ÃÅ and UKCP.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive, understanding, and collaborative approach. I will support you in gaining greater self-awareness, developing coping strategies, and empowering you to make positive changes in your life.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit for working together. We’ll begin by discussing the framework for our work, including boundaries, confidentiality, and your goals for therapy. This is a time for you to share what has brought you to therapy, and for me to understand how I can best support you. At the end of the session, we’ll review how you’re feeling about the experience.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £50. I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy, and fees are payable on or before the day of the session.
