About me and my therapy practice

Íø±¬ÃÅ

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re carrying things that have felt heavy for a long time. I offer online sessions in a warm, confidential space where we can gently explore what’s going on for you. Whether you’re navigating something new, or trying to make sense of long-standing patterns, we’ll take things at your pace.

Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about being heard, understood, and supported in finding your own way forward. We work together to make sense of what’s brought you here and explore what healing or change might look like for you. You won’t be told what to think or feel — instead, there’s space to deepen self-understanding, rebuild trust in yourself, and make choices that feel more aligned with who you really are.

I offer sensitivity to experiences that can carry hidden layers of pain — like growing up with a parent who drank too much, the long tail of parental infidelity, or the quiet storm of postnatal depression. These are complex, emotional experiences that often live under the surface — and you don’t need to over-explain them here. There’s already understanding and compassion in the room.

Many people also seek therapy to explore how spiritual or religious beliefs have shaped their lives. For some, faith is a grounding force — for others, it’s something to untangle from. There’s space here for both experiences in high-control religious environments or who are healing from spiritual abuse.

Practice description

Therapy can be deep and reflective — and it can also be warm, curious, and sometimes even a bit funny. You’re welcome to bring your whole self into the space, not just the parts that feel ‘therapeutic’.

Sessions are inclusive and affirming of all genders, sexualities, identities, and cultural or spiritual background
