About me and my therapy practice
Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, or major life changes, it is easy to feel lost. Family dynamics, relationships, and work stress can shape how you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy provides support through these challenges, helping you gain clarity and resilience.
My goal is to help you move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work towards a more fulfilling life.
Therapy starts with a strong, trusting relationship where you feel safe, heard, and understood. My role is to support and gently challenge you as you gain clarity and confidence.
Everyone’s journey is different, so I tailor my approach to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, helping you process emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward.
Therapy isn’t just about reflection. It’s about change. We’ll work towards meaningful goals, creating small but powerful shifts that lead to a more fulfilling life.

My first session
Psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching provide a confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. While they share the goal of helping you navigate life’s challenges, they differ in approach.Psychotherapy is a deep, long-term process that uncovers patterns, explores personal history, and fosters lasting change. It helps you understand how past experiences shape your present, whether through repeating unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with low self-worth, or experiencing persistent anxiety or depression.
Counselling is shorter-term and focuses on specific issues or life events, such as bereavement, job loss, divorce or life transitions. It offers guidance and coping strategies to navigate immediate challenges.
Coaching is a goal-driven process that harnesses your strengths, aspirations, and actionable strategies to drive real progress. Whether tackling career challenges, tough decisions, or personal growth hurdles, coaching empowers you to break through barriers and achieve lasting change.
