About me and my therapy practice
I am a warm, relational therapist specialising in gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity (GSRD), including LGBTQ+ and trans clients, non-binary individuals, and people exploring non-traditional or polyamorous relationships. While my focus is GSRD, I also work with people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
My approach is grounded in existential and phenomenological therapy, which means I focus on how you experience and make sense of your life, always from your perspective. Together, we can explore both the big questions of existence; freedom, choice, uncertainty, connection, and meaning, as well as, practical everyday challenges, whether that鈥檚 navigating relationships, managing internalised shame, or finding confidence during transitions.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling and am completing a Master鈥檚 in Existential Therapy at Regent鈥檚 University. I also have specialist training in working with open and polyamorous relationships, and I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门).
Practice description
Clients often describe me as compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where you can reduce anxiety, build resilience, and move towards living authentically, connected, and fulfilled.
I work with you to explore life as it is experienced from your perspective. Rather than jumping to fix or label, our work unfolds through curiosity, attention, and reflection. In sessions, there is space to notice thoughts, feelings, and bodily experiences as they arise, and to reflect on how your past experiences and life story shape the patterns you notice today. This can help make sense of what feels heavy or confusing, give language to what can feel hard to put into words, and open up space to imagine what might be possible in your life. This approach can be especially supportive when anxiety or depression feels persistent, offering ways to observe it and relate to it differently.
While exploring your personal story, we also consider the broader context; social expectations, cultural pressures, and the 鈥渟houlds鈥 that influence how you feel about yourself and your choices. I take a shame-informed approach, attending to how these pressures and internalised messages can shape experience, while also asking questions, inviting description, and gently challenging assumptions. My work is both empathic and relational, holding space for you while encouraging reflection and discovery.
If you are curious about exploring life beyond monogamy or considering opening up a relationship, I can support you in navigating these experiences with clarity, reflection, and care, helping you consider what feels right for you and your connections.

I offer a free 20-minute online video consultation, a chance for us to explore what brings you to therapy and your expectations.
