About me and my therapy practice

I am a phenomenological-existential trained therapist, an approach that is grounded in listening deeply to understand how you experience the world. Together, we explore the challenges or issues that may be getting in the way of how you want to live. Through this shared understanding, we work towards acknowledging and making sense of these difficulties, so that new possibilities can emerge and you can move toward living a life that feels more true to you.

I have a Postgraduate Diploma In Psychotherapy and Counselling, currently completing the Existential Therapy pathway of Master of Arts Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent's University (Completion - November 2025) and I have specific training working with open and polyamorous relationships. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Practice description

I support individuals, two-somes and more-somes by helping them explore their personal experiences in a deep and meaningful way. My approach is grounded in understanding how you experience life, rather than jumping to fix or label things.

Together, we鈥檒l create a space where your thoughts, feelings, and emotions can be safely explored. My aim is for you to feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe that you are the expert in your own life; my role is to be alongside you, helping to make sense of what you're experiencing and what it means to you.

I focus on listening carefully to what you鈥檙e feeling, even the things that are hard to put into words. We鈥檒l take time to notice what鈥檚 happening in your body and emotions as we talk, which can help you understand yourself on a deeper level.

I specialise in working with people around issues of identity, especially around sexuality, gender, and relationship diversity. I pay close attention to the pressures and 鈥渟houlds鈥 that society puts on us; norms that often make people feel ashamed, stuck, or not good enough. Part of our work might be questioning and challenging those expectations and helping you find what feels true and right for you.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute online video consultation, a chance for us to explore what brings you to therapy and your expectations. It's also an important opportunity for you to ask any questions or share any concerns you might have about starting psychotherapy. Most importantly, it gives you a feel for how I work, so you can decide if it feels right to continue working together.
