If I am due to be away or on leave, I ensure clients are informed well in advance, and I work collaboratively to support continuity of care where needed.

Clients can reach out to check current availability via email or through the contact form on my practice website.

I aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours during working days.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with a deep interest in the unconscious processes that shape our inner world, relationships, and life patterns. I offer a reflective and confidential space in which you can explore difficult emotions, recurring challenges, and the influence of early experiences on present-day life.

While my primary orientation is psychoanalytic, my clinical work is informed by a broader integrative framework. I draw on concepts from mentalisation-based therapy (MBT), neuropsychoanalysis, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), where clinically appropriate. This allows me to adapt the therapeutic process to each person’s needs while maintaining a depth-oriented approach.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship; a collaborative, exploratory space where meaning can unfold and self-understanding can deepen. I believe that real and lasting change emerges not through symptom management alone, but through insight, emotional processing, and the development of new ways of relating to oneself and others.

In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as the CEO of idmind.health. This leadership role reflects my broader commitment to advancing mental health care and deepening the impact of psychotherapeutic thinking across different contexts.

Practice description

My practice offers a private and confidential space for individuals who wish to engage in deeper self-exploration. Many of my clients come to therapy experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck or unfulfilled. Others may not have a clear ‘problem’ but feel the need to understand themselves more fully.

Sessions are held weekly, at a regular time, either online or face-to-face in London. I offer open-ended therapy, allowing us to work at a pace that respects your unique process and needs.

My role is not to offer advice or quick solutions, but to help you explore the deeper layers of your emotional world, making sense of past and current experiences, unconscious dynamics, and inner conflicts. Through this, new ways of relating to yourself and others can emerge.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and able to speak freely about whatever comes to mind.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, your personal history, and any questions you might have about the therapeutic process.

This initial meeting allows us both to get a sense of whether we might work well together. There is no obligation to commit to ongoing therapy at this stage. We can decide together whether to continue.

The initial session may last up to 90 minutes and regular sessions last 50 minutes and are held in a confidential setting, whether online or in person.
