About me and my therapy practice
I offer a professional and confidential space, specialising in Anxiety, Burnout and trauma. In this space, I invite you to make sense of what’s happening and find ways forward that work for you. No judgement. No jargon. Just real conversations and coping techniques that help you feel clearer and more in control.
As an integrative therapist I draw upon a range of tools and modalities to tailor the work for my clients.
Practice description
Sessions are available both online or in person. Short or long term. Always centred on what matters most to you.
My first session
The first session will be online and a shorter duration of 30 mins (as opposed to 60 minutes, thereafter) and free of charge.
Here we will look at your areas of focus and/or struggles and discuss what brought you to counselling. I will take you through the ways in which I work and ultimately decide if I am the right therapist for you.
