About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative counsellor with a dedicated focus on personal therapy. My aim is to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental environment where you feel genuinely heard and supported. In our work together, we’ll explore whatever you need- your emotions, experiences, challenges, and hopes. I’ll be alongside you as we make sense of your story, uncover meaningful patterns, and move toward personal growth.
I support clients facing a range of issues, including self-esteem, grief, bereavement, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and feeling 'stuck'. My approach is adaptable and responsive, tailored to meet you where you are and help you navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence.
Whether through self-reflective exercises, mindfulness, or creative expression, I strive to make our sessions engaging and relevant to you. I also incorporate solution-focused techniques, offering practical tools for times when you’re feeling especially stuck, so you can take meaningful steps forward.
I’ve worked in the NHS and with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, each bringing their own unique stories. My goal is to walk alongside you - every step of the way - so you can deepen your self-understanding, reconnect with your resilience, and move toward the life you envision.
Practice description
I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, currently held online via Zoom. Once we’ve agreed on a day and time that works for you, this will become your regular weekly slot.
My first session
Our first meeting is a 50-minute online assessment session. We’ll explore what’s brought you to therapy, what you’d like to focus on, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.
There’ll also be space to ask any questions and talk about what next steps might look like. Most importantly, it’s a gentle way for us to get a feel for working together and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
