About me and my therapy practice
As a therapist, I approach my work as a collaborative journey - one that unfolds at your own pace. My aim is to create a safe space together in which you are able to get to know yourself on a deeper level and uncover what may be blocking you and/or to obtain insight into the difficulties you may be facing.
My practice is informed by training in trauma and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing us to explore not just current concerns or issues, but also the deeper parts of self that may be calling for attention and care. I bring a creative, responsive energy to the work, drawing on a range of tools and perspectives to meet you where you are. Working together, we follow your unique journey— uncovering patterns, reconnecting with parts of yourself, and fostering meaningful change.
I am a fully accredited UKCP registered psychotherapist and supervisor, working for over 10 years in private practice. I run two training placements, where alongside other duties I manage and supervise the work of psychotherapists in training.
Practice description
My practice offers a grounded and welcoming space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. Each person’s path is unique, and I honor that by bringing creativity into the therapeutic process—whether that’s through conversation, reflection, or exploring new perspectives and tools together. My goal is to support your growth and healing in a way that feels empowering and authentic to you.
I work in person in Shepherds Bush, Marylebone and Paddington. I also work online or can have telephone sessions if that is your preference.
My first session
Understanding the importance and challenge of finding the right therapist, I offer a free initial telephone or zoom call to see if you would like to meet in person.
In the first session I will ask a series of questions which will give me a fuller picture of your background and what is bringing you to therapy. This enables me to understand how best to support you.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced UKCP-registered supervisor offering individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified therapists. I draw on my experience in private practice and organisational settings within the voluntary sector where I currently am clinical lead and manage placements for trainee psychotherapists within central London.
I work integratively, holding a collaborative and reflective space where you can explore your clinical work with depth, creativity, and curiosity. I'm passionate about supervision as a place not only for ethical and clinical rigour, but also for growth, support, and connection to your own evolving identity as a therapist.
My approach is rooted in relational practice, and I aim to co-create a space that feels safe, grounded, and generative—where your voice, insight, and questions are central to the process.
My first session
The first meeting is an opportunity to look at what you want from supervision, what your previous experience has been and also for you to give an overview of your current clinical work. Of course you are also able to ask me any questions about my approach or experience. This gives us a sense of how well our approaches and experience would align.
There is no commitment through this first meeting, and it’s up to you whether you choose to take supervision further following this.
If you have any questions about supervision or my practice, please feel free to contact me and if needed we can arrange a preliminary 15 minute phone call or Zoom meeting before meeting.
