About me and my therapy practice
Are you at an edge—feeling stuck, in transition, or unsure of what’s next? I specialise in supporting people at these threshold moments. You don’t need to have all the answers. Therapy can be a place to slow down and begin listening to the parts of you that are confused, resistant, or overwhelmed—to find out what they’re really trying to say.
My approach is relational, embodied, and integrative. I draw on psychosynthesis, somatic and parts-based work, Circling, Gestalt and Nonviolent Communication to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your experience. We’ll pay attention not just to your thoughts, but to what’s happening in your body, emotions, and relational field.
Presence is central to my work—not just being ‘here’, but arriving fully into the moment. This kind of presence creates space for something deeper to emerge: insight, relief, aliveness, or simply a fuller sense of being with what is.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about discovering what becomes possible when we meet your experience with honesty, curiosity, and care.
Practice description
My practice offers a space where you can meet yourself more fully—without pressure, judgment, or needing to have it all figured out. Many of the people I work with feel disconnected, emotionally stuck, or unsure of who they are becoming. Together, we create space for the parts of you that have been ignored, hidden, or held tightly.
Sessions are collaborative and fluid. Some may be spacious and reflective; others might involve emotional or somatic processing, working with imagery or metaphor, or exploring the relationship between us in real time. Whatever arises, we stay close to what feels true and alive in the moment.
Clients often tell me they feel more grounded, more themselves, and more able to navigate life with clarity and self-trust. Whether you’re in a moment of change, crisis, or quiet searching, this work can help you feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and to what matters.
My first session
The first session is a little more structured than ongoing sessions. It’s a space where I’ll take the lead more actively, helping us get a shared sense of what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what areas of your life feel most relevant to explore.
We’ll spend time getting to know the different aspects of your experience—your background, any important relationships or life events, your hopes and fears around therapy, and how we might work best together. It’s also a time to discuss practical things like confidentiality, frequency, fees, and what to expect from the process.
This session will give you a feel for how I work and whether the relationship feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit beyond this first meeting.
I offer a reduced rate of £30 for this first meeting.
