About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I鈥檓 Nazik, a warm, grounded and relational counsellor offering a calm space where you can slow down, breath, and make sense of what鈥檚 happening in your inner world.
My approach is gentle, collaborative and human. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and met without judgement.
I support adults (18+) who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost, or exhausted from trying to cope alone.
Areas I Work With:
- ADHD & neurodivergence
- Anxiety, overthinking & overwhelm
- OCD
- Depression & low mood
- Grief, bereavement & loss
- Living with Cancer
- Relationship difficulties
- Trauma & childhood experiences
- Identity, sexuality, difference & belonging
- Midlife transitions
- Low self-worth & imposter feelings
My Approach:
I see symptoms as messengers, from parts of you that are trying to tell a story. Rather than 鈥渇ixing鈥 or suppressing these experiences, we slow down and listen to them with curiosity and compassion.
Therapy with me is:
- Relational, we work together, at your pace
- Gentle but honest , holding space for truth without pushing
- Neurodivergent-affirming, supporting your brain, not pathologizing it
- Grounded and soulful , making space for the deeper layers beneath the surface
I pay close attention to the connection between us, because healing often happens in relationship when you feel truly understood.
What Sessions Can Help With:
- Understanding patterns that keep repeating
- Reducing overwhelm and calming the nervous system
- Making sense of your story and how it affects you today
- Strengthening boundaries and self-respect
- Moving through grief with support rather than isolation
- Feeling more connected to yourself, your needs and your identity
- Growing your confidence and inner steadiness
Practice description
I'm a qualified Integrative Transpersonal counsellor from the Re-vision counselling and psychotherapy training organisation based in London.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when we listen, not only to our thoughts and feelings, but to the deeper wisdom held in the body and soul.
As an Integrative trauma informed practitioner, I draw from a rich blend of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic/developmental insight, inner child and parts work, somatic awareness, mindfulness, creative expression, archetypal and ecological exploration. These modalities are held together by a person-centred foundation and a transpersonal lens that honours the deeper journey of growth, meaning and self-discovery.
I will walk alongside you and support your unique process at a pace that is right for you, inviting greater self-understanding, self-compassion and soul alignment. As well as talking therapy, we may work with the breath, imagery, dreams, body sensation, or symbolic language. Together we tune into the messages beneath the symptoms, allowing old patterns to soften and new possibilities to emerge.
