About me and my therapy practice

Taking the first step to attend counselling can feel overwhelming and daunting, it can be tough to find a counsellor you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings and emotions with. I understand how important empathy, compassion and trust is in the therapeutic relationship and it is my aim to ensure you feel comfortable and safe.

I am open-minded and personable and will offer a warm, non-judgmental and accepting environment. I will encourage you to be your authentic self and explore what feels right for you.

Practice description

I offer a free 20 minute consultation where we can have a chat about what you would like support with. The consultation is an opportunity for you to get a feel for if I am somebody you would like to work with and if you think it would be beneficial to you.
