About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in neurodiversity, neurodivergence including ADHD and Autism, low self esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety.
As a qualified counsellor, I offer a therapeutic space where you can feel truly heard and understood. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. I will work with you to gently explore the challenges you are facing and helping you gain clarity and deeper insight into your life.
Many of us feel held back by past patterns and limiting beliefs. Through our work together, we can break through these barriers, creating space for meaningful change. Allow you to discover what truly matters to you, so you can live a more fulfilled life with greater self-awareness, resilience, and joy.
No matter your past life experiences or what you're currently facing, whether it's challenges in relationships, work, parenthood, or navigating life transitions, I offer a welcoming and inclusive space, where your unique experiences and perspectives are honoured.
Having spent years in a high-pressure corporate environment, I deeply understand the stress, overwhelm, and burnout that can come from juggling multiple responsibilities. I’m here to help you manage those pressures, regain balance, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I also bring extensive experience of neurodiversity, including working with neurodivergent adults, as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. I deeply understand the complexities of navigating the world as a neurodivergent person and offer a safe space where you can explore both the challenges and strengths that come with this experience, while being your authentic self.
