About me and my therapy practice

I offer a welcoming and inclusive space, where your unique experiences and perspectives are honoured, no matter your past life experiences or what you're currently facing, whether it's navigating the world with neurodiversity, challenges in relationships, work, parenthood, or managing life transitions.

As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, I will support you to explore your concerns, uncover your needs, discover new perspectives, and build lasting resilience. Many of us feel held back by past patterns and limiting beliefs. Through our work together, we can break through these barriers, creating space for meaningful change in the present moment. This journey will allow you to discover what truly matters to you, so you can live a more fulfilled life with greater self-awareness, resilience, and joy.

Having spent years in a high-pressure corporate environment, I deeply understand the stress, overwhelm, and burnout that can come from juggling multiple responsibilities. I’m here to help you manage those pressures, regain balance, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

I also bring extensive experience of  neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism, and have worked with neurodivergent adults, as well as parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. I deeply understand the complexities of navigating the world as a neurodivergent person and offer a safe space where you can explore both the challenges and strengths that come with this experience, while being your authentic self.

Practice description

I  offer a therapeutic space where you can feel truly heard and understood. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. I will work with you to gently explore the challenges you are facing and help you gain clarity and deeper insight into your life.

I offer a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt therapy, Humanistic therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and I can integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as needed to tailor our sessions to your needs.
