About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in work-related stress, burnout, and the challenges that arise in professional life. My first session

I will also explain my approach, including how sessions are structured, and we can discuss practical matters such as confidentiality, session frequency, and fees. This session is focused on creating a safe and supportive space, so you can feel comfortable and understood from the start.
For clients seeking support with work-related stress or burnout, we may begin to explore the patterns, pressures, and challenges you are experiencing, while identifying the areas where change or relief is most needed. There is no obligation to continue after this session, though many clients find it a helpful first step in deciding how therapy can support them.
If helpful, I may provide brief reflective exercises or ways to start noticing stress patterns between sessions, but the first session is primarily about understanding your needs and establishing a collaborative approach to support your wellbeing.
